Account and Data Deletion — Zora7 Suite

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data related to Zora7 Suite. It complements the Privacy Policy and describes the available channels, what happens after a request is submitted, and which data may be retained when required for legal, technical or security reasons.

1. How to request deletion

If the app allows account creation, you may request deletion of your account and/or your data through the following channels.

Inside the app: Settings > Security > Delete my account and data.

By privacy email: privacy.zora7@gmail.com.

If necessary, you may also use our official customer care and support channels so your request can be routed appropriately.

2. What to include in your request

To help us process your request efficiently and protect your account, we recommend including the minimum information needed to identify the request.

Whenever possible, include the email used in the app account, a brief description of the request, and any context that may help us locate the correct account.

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing deletion.

3. What happens after your request

After we receive and confirm your request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, deactivate account access where applicable, and stop non-essential processing.

Deletion may cover authentication data, account data and other data linked to app usage, depending on the nature of the service and the applicable technical structure.

Where technically possible and legally appropriate, data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Data that may be retained

Even after a deletion request, certain data may be retained where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, technical or security obligations.

We may also retain the minimum necessary to prevent fraud and abuse, exercise or defend rights, and preserve essential service integrity records.

If any data must be retained after a deletion request, retention will be limited to the minimum necessary for the relevant purpose.

5. Subscriptions, purchases and third-party platforms

Zora7 Suite may operate purchases, subscriptions, trials, restores and premium access status with the support of services such as Google Play, RevenueCat and Supabase.

Deleting your Zora7 account does not automatically replace subscription cancellation within the store. If you have an active subscription, we recommend managing cancellation directly in Google Play, where applicable.

Some technical records related to purchases, validation, restore, entitlement or security may remain under the responsibility of third-party platforms according to their own policies and legal obligations.

6. Timing and handling of requests

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to requests within an appropriate timeframe, considering the complexity of the request and the need to verify identity.

In some cases, we may request additional clarification before completing deletion.

If applicable local law defines specific deadlines, those deadlines may apply.
